Your Mission

• Be the enthusiastic and professional first point of contact for our clients by addressing customer inquiries.
• Deliver solutions and assistance via various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Connect with customers to grasp their needs and suggest the most suitable products or services.
• Oversee warranty claims, repairs, and replacements to enrich the customer experience.
• Handle queries about orders, payments, and any concerns with care and sensitivity.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
• Work alongside a supportive team to exchange ideas and refine our processes.

Your Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in both written and spoken Swedish, and good English language skills as well.
• A creative problem-solver with a strong customer-oriented mindset.

• A proactive approach with an entrepreneurial spirit in tackling challenges.
• Technical proficiency for effective troubleshooting and support.
• Adaptability to manage unexpected changes smoothly.
• Previous customer support experience is beneficial.
