Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions clearly in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to ensure product knowledge is up to date.
• Provide constructive feedback to management to help improve processes.
• Contribute positively to team discussions and initiatives.

• Fluency in Danish and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools.
