Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade analytics solutions using Azure and Databricks technologies.

• Promote best practices across both client engagements and internal teams — mentoring colleagues and contributing to their growth.

• Continuously develop your technical skills with the latest Azure and Databricks tools — including earning and maintaining relevant certifications.

• Collaborate directly with high-profile clients across industries to understand business needs and present impactful data-driven solutions.

• Proven, end-to-end experience in Data Engineering, including delivery of large-scale solutions.

• Expertise with modern Azure technologies such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Purview, Cosmos DB, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, AI Foundry, and Kubernetes.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including experience with Python, Scala or PySpark, data modelling, databases, and SQL.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences — and support junior colleagues through mentorship.

• Experience leading small development teams, managing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring quality delivery.
