The role

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to be the driving force behind our partners' and customers' successful integration into the Kustom environment. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical counterpart, managing implementations while maintaining our high-quality standards.

As an integral part of our team, you'll collaborate closely with Partner Managers and the Sales team to educate, engage, and promote our product offerings. You'll project-manage Merchant and Partner integrations into Kustom's services and APIs, ensuring smooth implementations and excellent service quality.

Your role is crucial as the key link between customer requirements and our product teams' roadmap, translating business needs into technical solutions. Success in this position requires both technical expertise for troubleshooting integration issues and the ability to drive new business growth as a technical sales representative. Your deep understanding of what drives value for both Kustom and its customers, combined with strong technical communication skills, will be essential.

Things you'll be doing

• Serve as the primary technical counterpart for our partners and customers


• Educate partners on Kustom's offerings and APIs


• Drive new business growth as a technical sales representative


• Project manage the integration of Kustom's products into partner systems


• Validate and test integrations to ensure they meet our high-quality standards


• Troubleshoot and support customers and partners in resolving integration issues

Skills and experience you'll need

• Proven experience in e-commerce, SaaS environments, and API integrations


• Strong technical understanding of API integrations and implementation processes


• Excellent technical project management and organizational skills


• Experience in technical sales or partner management


• Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot technical issues


• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
