Department manager for our 3D printing and model workshop

We’ve spent the past year building a new area within Brandworks – equipped with several 3D printers, a robotic 3D printer, and a fantastic model workshop. Now, we're looking for someone to take this exciting venture to the next level.

About the role

As Head of our 3D printing department and model workshop, you’ll be the driving force behind one of the fastest-growing areas of Brandworks. You’ll be responsible for leading the team, driving sales, and continuously developing our customer offering and internal processes. The role combines technology, hands-on work, creativity, and business acumen – and it calls for someone who can both get their hands dirty and think strategically.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations, staff, and planning in the 3D print and model workshop
• Developing the business: finding new clients, projects, and opportunities
• Acting as a technical expert and sounding board on materials, machines, and processes
• Ensuring quality, delivery reliability, and an efficient workflow
• Collaborating closely with project managers, designers, and production teams

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience with 3D printing, preferably large-scale, and a solid understanding of various techniques and materials
• Is a natural leader who enjoys helping people grow
• Has a strong business sense and thrives in client interactions and sales
• Is proactive, structured, and solution-oriented
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment, variety, and working both operationally and strategically

Practical information

This is a permanent, full-time position with a fixed monthly salary.
