To our Digital Communications Team within Content Factory, we are now looking for a Digital Communication Innovation Leader who will Identify, assess, and implement innovative communication solutions. • Always have two fingers on the pulse when it comes to the latest trends and technologies within marketing and communication
• Actively explores, tests and try the latest technologies to understand how to use them to achieve communication goals
• Have a track record of foster innovation and encouragement of experimentation and creativity.
• Can bring people together towards a common goal, securing alignment across functions. To read more visit A day in your life with us As our Digital Communication Innovation Leader, you will focus on increasing the level of innovation in our creative deliveries across social media and web. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as product teams, creative teams and social media platforms to find new ways of driving business results. To be concrete this means that you will: • Engage key stakeholders from different departments and regions to gather insights, requirements, and feedback on potential communication solutions.
• Collaborate with creative teams across the organization to test and try new solutions within existing initiatives and campaigns.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals, priorities, and budget considerations.
• Lead pilot tests across selected markets or regions.
• Roll out new communication solution across different departments, regions, or user groups.
• Monitor implementation progress, address any issues or challenges that arise, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption. This role is a permanent contract and will be located in Malmö, Sweden. You will report to the Digital Communications Manager of Ingka. Please note that this is not a people-leader role. About The Content Factory This role belongs to the Digital Communication Team within Content Factory. The Content Factory is where we will come together across Ingka Group to create low-cost and high-quality content and experiences innovate in ways that benefit more of the many and create engagement with the IKEA brand. The Content Factory focuses on end-to-end content creation and deployment across Ingka, and we aim to make sure we have the best possible setup to deliver value and meet brand and customer new demands in an omnichannel reality.
