We are looking for a Digital Product Leader for Revit, on a one year, fixed term assignment. We need a leader who understands the technical aspects of Revit, Revit integration techniques (APS, Revit API etc.) and can support a traditional “business” team with your technical process and competence.
You will lead the transformation of a Digital Product Team and interact & collaborate with other Digital Product Leaders and teams with stakeholders across IKEA, to understand needs and synergies. Based on this, you will define requirements and make decisions and trade-offs where needed to maximise business results and customer value.
You will initiate and manage the product backlog, scope and prioritise activities based on business direction and goals, business and customer impact and actively participate in planning to clarify features and user stories. Optimising ways of working within your and across teams is always on your mind.

We are looking for a Digital Product Leader who combines solid business experience with a strong understanding of Revit, APIs and the latest technology trends and the IKEA strategic landscape. You can see the big picture and all the details. You should have a solid foundation and extensive experience in operating and leading Agile teams and specifically, APIs, development processes and product and project management. Experience in Revit itself would be a great benefit. Your ability to work with, and directly support a less technically skilled core team will be essential.
Beyond business background and technical skills, we value someone who thrives in a collaborative and creative environment, with a high level of communication skills that build trust and clarity across teams. You should excel in visualising concepts, simplifying complex challenges and stimulating fresh ideas that bring meaningful value.
