Digital Project Leader

We are looking for a Digital Project Leader to drive the development and implementation of impactful digital solutions. In this role, you will manage digital projects from strategy to execution, ensuring they align with business needs and deliver value. Acting as the bridge between business partners and product teams, you will collaborate closely with product leaders, UX designers, and solution architects to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee digital projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.


• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to meet business needs.


• Act as the link between technology, business, and users, ensuring seamless communication.


• Utilize Agile methods like Scrum or Kanban to optimize workflows.


• Drive initiatives such as web and app development, digital transformation, CRM and e-commerce solutions, and the implementation of new digital systems.


• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to drive continuous improvement and project success.

Requirements

• Experience with project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
