Your Mission as Dispatch Manager

• Team Leader & Coach: Drive daily KPIs and accountability for the dispatch team across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. Mentor with heart, lead with urgency.
• Master of the Board: Align job types, tech skills, and locations to drive revenue and reduce drive time. Be the final say on job placement decisions that matter.
• Process Improver: Spot the inefficiencies, revamp SOPs, and help evolve seasonal and strategic playbooks.
• Collaboration Pro: Partner with Call Center, Install, and Field Teams in real time. Own communication and escalation like a true bridge-builder.
• Data-Driven Decision Maker: Monitor tech utilization, board fill %, and first-time resolution. Use ServiceTitan and job audits to optimize daily flow and long-term strategy.
