Dynamics 365 Business Central - Production Focus Application Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Consultant with a strong background in manufacturing and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). In this role, you will work with manufacturing organisations to optimise business processes, deliver ERP solutions, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will analyse business requirements, recommend best-practice solutions, and help deliver successful Business Central implementations that improve operational efficiency.

• Engage with customers to understand business processes and operational requirements.
• Analyse, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Advise customers on best practices for manufacturing and ERP processes.
• Configure and support Business Central implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and project teams to deliver successful projects.
• Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to end users where required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies.

About You

You will have a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and experience delivering ERP solutions within production environments. You enjoy solving business challenges, working collaboratively with customers, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience within the manufacturing industry, either as a Business Systems Consultant or in an operational role such as Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, or similar.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Cloud/SaaS).
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into effective ERP solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skills

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

• ERP platforms such as SAP, IFS, or Monitor ERP.
• Business Central extensions including Tasklet Factory, Aptean, or Insight Works.
• Business Central Warehouse Management or Service Management modules.
• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or manufacturing process control solutions.
• Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Wider Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem knowledge.
