Job Description - Electrical Hardware Engineer

Job Description



In this role you will work on developing electrical designs and specifications for a variety of projects. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand project requirements and provide electrical design solutions as part of the daily work. 

Furthermore, you will conduct thorough analysis and calculations to ensure design feasibility, efficiency and compliance with applicable codes and standards and also coordinate with other disciplines, such as mechanical engineering, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the project design.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the design and manufacturing process as well as documenting design specifications, procedures and test results in an accurate and efficient manner.

We are seeking an individual who is driven to keep up to date with industry advancements, new technologies and best practices in electrical design to stay in step with developments and contribute knowledge!

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

  • Experience in electrical and/or system design

  • Practical hands-on experience in wiring, PCBA and ECU

  • Good knowledge of electrical codes, standards and regulations.

  • Familiarity with electrical system components, equipment and materials.

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to develop efficient and effective designs.

  • Good English language communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers, team members and contractors.

  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.

  • Swedish language skills are highly meritorious!
