Electrical Supervisor

Role Purpose

The Electrical Site Supervisor supports the Site Manager in organising and coordinating site activities while leading teams of Electrical Engineering professionals. They are responsible for tracking daily site progress and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial tasks, including Variation Notifications and Labour allocation.
• Track weekly progress and update the Project Manager (PM) accordingly.
• Review and implement the Tender Scope, ensuring site setup aligns with plans
• Understand and implement the Quality Plan, including executing the Commissioning Plan and conducting weekly audits
• Maintain accurate records of all documentation and generate snag lists as needed
• Ensure safety objectives are met by reviewing and updating the Site-specific EHS Plan
• Conduct site inductions and maintain training records for personnel.
• Perform regular safety inspections and oversee the management of PPE and equipment
• Track deliveries and manage minor material orders according to the procurement schedule.
• Maintain daily personnel records and ensure the proper use of biometric systems.
• Assist the PM in identifying risks and mitigation measures
• Review the communication matrix and maintain project records
• Help develop the organizational structure for clients and consultants
• Ensure site branding is consistent with the project setup plan and maintain a professional environment.
