About the Role

As an Embedded Software Developer, you will:

  • Work close to hardware on platforms such as NXP and Qualcomm
  • Design software architectures based on system requirements
  • Participate in both in-house and on-site assignments across different industries

You'll be involved in everything from greenfield development to adapting and improving existing systems – always in close collaboration with customers and internal engineering teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in Linux-based development (kernel, bootloaders, Yocto)
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and system-level architecture
  • Familiarity with version control, preferably Git
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken

Bonus points for experience with:

  • RTOS (Zephyr, FreeRTOS), OTA solutions, communication protocols (MQTT, LwM2M)
  • Cloud integration (Azure IoT, AWS Greengrass), CI/CD pipelines, RF, and test automation
  • Schematic analysis and working closely with hardware design teams

Why Join Sigma Connectivity WSI?

Cutting-edge technology: Work on assignments for international clients in automotive, telecom, industrial tech, and more

Hands-on development: Access to fully equipped labs to test, build, and validate solutions on-site

Stability & variety: Permanent position with a wide range of projects – in-house and customer-based
