As a result of our rapid international growth and multiple secured funding rounds, we are nowexpanding the team and looking for an Engineering Manager to help us become the leaders in #teltech globally!

Your Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of developers in pioneering telecommunications through a state-of-the-art cloud-based BSS/OSS platform. The focus is on creating intelligent, user-centric solutions that simplify operations and elevate customer experiences.

The role is tailor-made for an individual who is equally passionate about leading teams and hands-on development. As a key player in our organization, you will cultivate an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Your leadership will be crucial in nurturing and inspiring your team to achieve excellence, and you will be working together with a team of skilled engineers with modern architecture and technology with a backend in Golang, running in AWS using Kubernetes. Communication between backend services is done using gRPC, and the frontend uses GraphQL. PostgreSQL databases are used primarily, Clickhouse is used for some use cases where needed, and the core uses event sourcing.

About you

You are a skilled Software Engineer with a passion for leadership, driven by building products and nurturing high-performing teams. What we look for:

• 5+ Years of experience as a software engineer in a modern Tech organization, preferably in a startup/scale-up
• 1-2 years as a leader/manager with direct reports
• Preferably experience writing backend using Go (Golang) and SQL (GraphQL, React, Typescript is also a bonus!)
• A higher education in a relevant field is meritorious.
• An interest in working 50/50 split with leadership and hands-on delivery
