At Hive Streaming, we help the world’s largest enterprises use live video as a powerful tool for strategic communication. When organizations go through change or come together for moments that matter, leaders need to reach their people, build understanding and bring everyone along.
Our video experience platform helps make that possible, working within the video ecosystem our customers already have. Reliable technology and actionable insights help them improve every important live event and deliver a premium video experience.
We’re looking for two experienced Enterprise Account Executives in Stockholm who are growth-minded and enjoy creating opportunities, building relationships, and winning new customers.
At Hive, you’ll work with proven technology and global enterprise customers, with the freedom to shape how you win new business. We want to move faster, take chances and try new approaches. As an AE, you’ll have room to experiment, make mistakes, and learn - with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering alongside you.
What you’ll do
You’ll win new customers and grow a focused portfolio of existing enterprise accounts. Proactive prospecting and new business will be a clear priority, alongside building relationships that lead to expansion.
You’ll own the commercial process from first conversation to signed agreement, working closely with Solutions Engineering, Product and our partners.
In practice, you will:
Use AI to find and create new opportunities. Work with insights from Marketing, use AI to research accounts and reach the right people with relevant messages.
Create and close new opportunities. Build your own pipeline and lead complex enterprise sales cycles through discovery, evaluation, negotiation and close.
Grow existing accounts. Understand customers’ priorities, build relationships across their organisations and work on renewals, upsell and cross-sell.
Lead strategic conversations with senior leaders. Understand their priorities around communication, organisational alignment and change, and build a clear business case for how Hive can help.
Get to know the product in depth. Learn how our technology works, where it creates value and how to position it for IT, event production, communications and leadership audiences.
Bring the right people into each opportunity. Partner with Solutions Engineering on demos and proofs of concept, and coordinate procurement, legal and security requirements.
Run your territory with discipline. Build account and territory plans, maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce, and take responsibility for your targets.
Help us improve how we sell. Share customer insights, work with partners and test better approaches with colleagues across Hive.
The role includes travel for customer meetings and events, and flexibility to work with customers across time zones.
What you’ll bring
You bring around 8-10 years of experience in enterprise software or technology sales, with a track record of winning new customers and growing revenue.
You enjoy starting conversations and building opportunities from the ground up. You actively seek out new customers, ask thoughtful questions and stay engaged through complex buying decisions. You can show how your own prospecting has led to new business, and you know when to bring others in to move an opportunity forward.
We’re particularly interested in your ability to:
Build credibility with senior leaders, ask thoughtful questions and challenge assumptions constructively.
Navigate long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and complex buying processes.
Understand technical products and enterprise requirements, and explain their value clearly to different audiences.
Take initiative, follow through and adapt when an approach isn’t working.
Work closely with others, share what you learn and help the team succeed.
You’re self-driven and comfortable working independently, taking ownership of your pipeline and moving opportunities forward.
You're fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages, particularly German or French, are a plus. Experience in enterprise video, streaming, networking or related infrastructure is also valuable.
You’re based in Stockholm, or willing to relocate, and able to work on site at our Stockholm office. We offer a hybrid work model, with 3 to 4 days a week in the office and 1 to 2 days working from home.
Why Hive, why now
We're entering an exciting next chapter at Hive, with ambitious plans to grow and a clearer focus on the value we bring to enterprise customers.
We're also becoming an AI-first company, with our leadership actively encouraging us to challenge how we work, learn and create value.
For you, that means an opportunity- and an expectation- to rethink how you sell. You’ll explore how AI can improve account research, preparation and everyday sales work, test ideas with colleagues and use your judgment to turn what works into better results.
We want your time at Hive to build skills you’ll carry into the rest of your career.
Our people promise is simple: Learn fast. Make a difference. Have fun.
Here, that means learning from real customer challenges and experienced colleagues. It means having the trust and responsibility to make decisions in a company where individual contributions are visible. And it means doing ambitious work with curious people who challenge each other, help each other and enjoy working together.
In return, we ask you to stay curious, own your impact and contribute your ideas and energy as we build.
Curious about joining us?
We’d love to hear about the new business you’ve helped create, how you build customer relationships and what you’d like to learn next.
If this opportunity interests you, even if your experience doesn’t match every point, we welcome your application.
