The role
As the Enterprise Marketing Manager at Findity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy targeting premier enterprise accounts. The role demands creativity, strategic vision, and a hands-on approach, as you spearhead our go-to-market strategy – building awareness, enhancing our market position and creating business growth.

Key Responsibilities ️
Go-to-Market Strategy : Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies for enterprise prospects. Position our platform as the preferred choice through innovative, targeted campaigns.
Messaging and Positioning: Take complete ownership of external campaigns and collateral for the enterprise persona. Clearly communicate the unique value of our platform, ensuring it stands out as the definitive solution.
Content Strategy and Development: Lead the development and execution of compelling, customer-centric content, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars and blog posts.
Analytics and Reporting : Strategically measure and monitor key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use insights to drive decisions and report on performance, ensuring continuous improvement in our strategies.
Event Participation : Engage actively in industry events and roadshows, representing our brand with compelling presentations that resonate with top-tier decision-makers.
In this role, you will also workclosely with our sales department to help penetrate key accounts, close deals faster and boost performance with key sales enablement tools
Qualifications
5+ years of demonstrated success in enterprise marketing
Expertise in acquisition marketing, including ABM (Account-based marketing), content, email automation, ads and events.
Proven creative problem-solving in marketing campaigns designed to capture attention.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
Analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and driven by measurable results.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
