The opportunity:

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

We have a phenomenal opportunity for an Account Executive in our Digital Experience team based in Stockholm, Sweden and Copenhagen, Denmark!

What you'll Do:

· Account Management – Lead the customer relationship across all solution segments

· Account Strategy – Responsible for developing over account strategy, partnering internally and externally to define technical vision and roadmap

· Business – Develops business case to deliver One Adobe story, focusing on business vision that supports a customer’s long-term strategy & use cases

· Upsell & Renewal – Responsible for the overall account health, ensuring that renewal risks are identified and addressed as well as expansion opportunities are identified

· Cross-Sell – Partner with Marketing to find opportunities to expand and sell new solutions and overseeing full sales opportunity lifecycle

What you need to succeed:

· Strong communication and relationship building skills to become trusted client advisor

· Ability to position and communicate the value of Adobe products across solution segments

· Find opportunities for expansion or implementation of broader Adobe solution portfolio

· Strong project management skills to coordinate dedicated, pooled and solution specific resources

· Use client health data to identify adoption issues and proactively make recommendations

· Fluency in both Swedish and English is a must
