Ensure all recruitment practices meet local and international laws, GDPR, and internal policies, maintaining the highest levels of data accuracy and confidentiality. Experience working as a full cycle 360 recruiter for a technology company, either in an in-house or search firm environment. Proven experience recruiting for high complexity senior and executive positions. Demonstrated ability to leverage data and provide market and talent intelligence to drive data-driven decision-making throughout the hiring process. Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and consult with senior executives.
