About the Role
At Ericsson, you will act as a trusted strategic partner to leaders at the Executive level, driving end-to-end executive hiring across global markets. You shape talent strategies, leverage data and market insight, and deliver world-class candidate and stakeholder experiences—ensuring Ericsson attracts and secures the leaders who power our future.

What You Will Do

• Partner with executives to define talent strategy, role positioning, and hiring approach


• Lead complex, global executive searches from intake to offer and onboarding


• Leverage data, AI, and market intelligence to build high-impact pipelines


• Deliver rigorous, insight-driven candidate assessments and guide hiring decisions


• Act as a credible advisor, influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders


• Own offer strategy, negotiation, and closing, ensuring a premium candidate experience


• Drive inclusive hiring practices and strengthen Ericsson’s diverse leadership pipeline

Who You Are

• Experienced executive recruiter with global exposure in tech or complex, matrixed environments


• 
  
  Recognized advisor to executive level stakeholders, with strong influencing and communication skills
  
  


• Data-driven and commercially minded, combining insight with execution excellence


• Resilient, adaptable, and passionate about delivering high-quality hiring outcomes at pace
