We are seeking a skilled engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our Banking & Financial Services Engineering team in Stockholm. You will work in Agile delivery set-ups, collaborating closely with product owners, business experts, and technology specialists to deliver high-value solutions for our clients.

This role is ideal for candidates with both technical expertise and experience in product management roles (e.g. Product Owner, Scrum Master or Cloud Engineers) within core banking services and applications.

What You’ll Do

• Build, test, and implement technology solutions for leading banks and financial institutions.
• Work in Agile delivery teams, supporting iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Drive transformation projects in core banking, payments, cards, lending, compliance, and risk management.
• Collaborate across Deloitte’s Swedish and global practices to deliver future-proofed solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, contributing to product roadmaps and delivery.
• Ensure that technical solutions meet business needs as well as security and regulatory requirements.

• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, technology consulting, or systems implementation.
• Prior experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master or Engineering roles within core banking services/applications is highly valued.
• Background in banking / financial services projects (core banking systems, payments, risk, compliance, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, etc.).
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and/or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work in dynamic, collaborative teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a strong advantage.
