Job Description:

Position: Final Packaging Operator

About the role: We are looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented Final Packaging Operator to join our GMP‑regulated production team. The successful candidate will operate and monitor packaging machines, perform quality and safety checks, and manage material handling and documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery and ensure smooth line performance

• Perform safety checks and line clearance procedures

• Inspect materials and equipment; handle cleaning and upkeep of machines

• Conduct routine sampling and ensure correct product labeling and marking

• Manage material returns, requisitions and destruction of obsolete/printed materials

• Handle destruction of discarded product and maintain journals/logbooks

Qualifications:

• Upper secondary education or relevant production experience in GMP‑regulated operations

• Good Swedish (spoken and written); able to read and understand English

• Proven experience with machine operation, line clearance or similar production tasks is an advantage

Personal qualities:

• Responsible and reliable

• Attentive and responsive

• Strong team player with good collaboration skills

• Accurate and meticulous with documentation
