The Opportunity

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive finance environment this summer? We’re currently seeking a Summer Intern to join our Swedish Sales Unit, based at our Gothenburg office. You’ll report directly to the Local Financial Controller and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations through data analysis, financial administration, and process improvement.

This is a full-time, paid internship covering the summer vacation period, approximately June through September. 

The Responsibilities 

• Drive and coordinate the dealer invoice flow, including communication with suppliers and collaboration with the accounting team.
• Gather and analyze data from multiple systems to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department.
• Improve and document instructions for the supplier invoicing process.
• Act as the main point of contact for supplier-related invoice queries during the summer period.

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Committed to delivering high-quality results, no matter the task
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success

Bonus points if you have:

• Previous experience in accounting or administrative roles
