The Clinical Supply Coordinator (0.1 FTE) is a part-time specialist role responsible for supporting the oversight, planning, and coordination of clinical trial supplies across global studies. Working approximately 10% of a full-time schedule, you will provide expert guidance on investigational medicinal product (IMP) management, supply forecasting, documentation review, and clinical supply strategy to ensure uninterrupted study execution.

As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical company that is an industry leader within its therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for clinical trial supply activities on a part-time (0.1 FTE) basis.

• Review and maintain IMP-related documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

• Support supply forecasting activities to ensure adequate drug availability throughout study execution.

• Advise on clinical supply strategy, inventory management, and distribution planning.

• Coordinate with depots, vendors, and study teams to address supply-related risks and challenges.

• Review supply plans and identify potential shortages, delays, or compliance concerns.

• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and other stakeholders to support uninterrupted study conduct.

• Ensure supply-related documentation remains inspection-ready and compliant with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Experience in Clinical Supply, Clinical Operations, Drug Supply Management, or Clinical Trial Management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.

• Understanding of clinical trial supply processes, IMP management, and GxP requirements.

• Experience with supply forecasting, inventory planning, logistics coordination, or vendor management.

• Ability to work independently and provide expert guidance in a fractional consulting capacity.

• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
