Game Client Developer

Slotmill was founded in 2019 and is a game studio with an articulated focus on developing unique- and innovative slot games of the highest quality. About this role

As a Game Client Developer you will play an instrumental role in the game development process and be part of a game development team comprising a Product Owner, Animator and 2D Artist. Slotmill follows an agile development methodology and you will work in- and with our bespoke developed framework in producing new games and content.

Key Responsibilities

• Building web game clients using Typescript, HTML5, Pixi.js and Pixi Spine.
• Maintain the game base template to make sure it remains aligned with current development standards, facilitating consistency and efficiency across projects .
• Contribute to system design decisions of new products or features.
• Develop and maintain tools tailored for game development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Good understanding of State Management and one of the Front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
• Creative and innovative mindset to find solutions to challenges and problems.
• Self-driven/motivated overachiever.
• Proficient at spoken and written English.
