Our client is looking for a Global Mobility Manager to own and develop their mobility program, ensuring seamless employee moves and supporting new office openings. As a key partner to HR, payroll, and business leaders, you’ll shape a high-quality framework that supports the companys people and business worldwide.
Your future Team
Our clients global HR organization includes 25+ colleagues across HR, Payroll, and Learning & Development. This role is based in their Stockholm office, but as Global Mobility Manager you’ll work across all our locations. The position is global in scope and equally important for every office, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless mobility solutions across borders. The role is independent but supported by People Partners who provide operational and administrative support, enabling you as a strategic business partner to expand into new markets and harmonize processes cross-borders.
You’ll combine strategic development with hands-on expertise, ensuring our framework supports both people and business worldwide.
In this role, you will lead and develop the company’s global mobility function. You ensure compliance in cross-border assignments and office openings, act as a trusted advisor to leaders, HR, and employees, and manage complex mobility cases such as secondments and long-term assignments. You collaborate with external providers, authorities, and local partners, draft contracts and compensation packages, and make sure processes and tools work seamlessly across countries. The role also includes continuously improving the mobility program through innovation, benchmarking, and feedback, while staying ahead of legal and regulatory changes to ensure proactive compliance.
What we’re looking for
• Several years and solid experience in global mobility.
• Relevant university degree.
• Strong knowledge of international tax, labor law, and immigration topics.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-border cases and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the drive to innovate and improve processes.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
The assignment will run for at least 3 months and beyond. You will invoice through your own company or be employed by us at Zoey.
