Global Procurement Strategist - Construction & Facilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Procurement Strategist, you’ll be at the heart of shaping our global C&F procurement vision. You’ll lead the development of strategies that ensure quality, efficiency, and sustainability across all regions. From setting KPIs to supporting implementation, your work will directly influence how we build and maintain our stores around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the comprehensive C&F procurement vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with global and regional stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain procurement guidelines, standards, tools, and KPIs.
• Ensure each region has an efficient, high-quality, and sustainable supplier base strategy for both short and long term.
• Follow up, coach, and support regional implementation across all brands.
• Lead strategic governance and act as a subject matter expert for global and regional stakeholders
• Review, update, and draft all general documentation to support the sales market C&F teams in your region, in collaboration with the Legal department.
• Act as a center of excellence for regions and markets, leading the procurement forum for Regional Procurement Specialists and sharing best practices.

You’ll be part of the global C&F team, working closely with regional procurement specialists, legal advisors, and global stakeholders across the H&M Group. You’ll collaborate in a dynamic, international environment where innovation and teamwork are key

WHO YOU ARE

You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. You thrive in complex, global environments and know how to turn vision into action and result. You bring a strong background in procurement within Construction or Facility Management and are ready to lead with purpose.

We believe you have:

• Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Law
• Background in Retail Facility Management and/or construction management
• Proven experience in setting and implementing procurement strategies within Construction or Facility
• Experience working in an international, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and seniority levels

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a full-time permanent position based at our head office in Stockholm. You will be reporting to the Global C&F Manager.
