Job Description - Global Sales Operation Specialist

We are looking for a Global Sales Operation Specialist in Stockholm

On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced sales specialist to join the client's team in Stockholm

Tasks

â¢ Order flow by booking and releasing sales orders for sales organization.

â¢ Close contact with production and production planning at client's location:

â¢ Issue quotes (enter into CRM)

â¢ Sales orders (update in CRM)

â¢ Lead times

â¢ Backlog

â¢ Material status

â¢ End of life (EOL) - support customers to the right purchase.

Qualifications

â¢ Fluent in Swedish and English both in writing and speaking

â¢ Swedish citizen

â¢ Team player

â¢ Structured

â¢ Service oriented

â¢ Efficient

â¢ Problem solver

â¢ Curious and eager to learn more

â¢ Knowledge of SAP

â¢ Experience from working with export controlled material

â¢ Experience from working with reviewing license documents

â¢ Experience from working with submiting US license applications and order processing
