Are you our new Internal Communications Specialist?

Internal communication is critical when it comes to creating clarity and engagement amongst all employees around Intrum’s purpose, business and strategic direction. Efficient internal communication is also key for supporting a strong culture based on joint values and desired behaviors. Through the right messages at the right time, compelling engagement initiatives as well as the relevant channels, platforms and tools, internal communication can be a game changer.

What will you do:

• Support the development and continuous improvement of the internal communications strategy in alignment with Brand & Communications priorities and company strategy.
• Own and optimize internal communication channels, including intranet and digital platforms.
• Plan, produce, and deliver high-quality internal communication content and campaigns.
• Ensure external messaging and strategic priorities are effectively translated into relevant internal communication.
• Safeguard consistent internal brand messaging and tone of voice.
• Collaborate closely with local markets and Group to drive alignment and share best practices.
• Support employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Advise and support senior leaders on internal communication planning and messaging.
• Drive structured planning, prioritization, and execution of communication initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness and continuously improve impact.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–5 years of experience in internal/employee communications (in-house and/or agency).
• Experience working with executive and organizational communications.
• Proven experience developing and implementing internal communication strategies.
• Experience managing and optimizing internal communication channels (e.g. intranet, digital platforms).
• Strong content production skills, including writing, editing, and storytelling.
• Experience supporting change and transformation initiatives through communication.
• Experience working in a complex, international, matrix organization.
• Experience collaborating across functions.
• Experience measuring communication effectiveness and reporting on KPIs
