We are a fast-growing international company looking for an experienced Head of Accounting & Finance to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across accounting, financial control, reporting, and taxation.

You enjoy sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and helping others succeed. You are hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed. 

Key Qualifications 

• Strong accounting expertise, including experience with K2 and K3 accounting standards. 


• Solid experience with group consolidation and consolidated financial statements. 

• Extensive knowledge of month-end close processes and financial quality control. 

• Experience in financial controlling, management reporting, and performance analysis. 

• Strong understanding of corporate taxation. 

• Demonstrated ability to build, improve, and streamline finance processes and systems. 

• Experience working in an international business environment, preferably with entities in the United States, Malta, and Sweden. 

• Previous people management experience is considered an advantage. 
  

Your Responsibilities 

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational responsibility with strategic development. 

You will be responsible for: 

• Leading and coordinating the monthly closing and financial reporting process. 

• Owning group and statutory year-end closing activities. 

• Preparing annual financial statements and corporate income tax returns. 

• Driving controlling, financial analysis, and management reporting. 

• Managing and developing members of the finance team. 

• Identifying opportunities for automation, process improvements, and increased efficiency. 

• Leading projects aimed at strengthening and scaling the finance function. 

Your Team 

You will lead and support a team of seven finance professionals covering: 

• Accounts payable 

• Accounts receivable 

• Accounting 

• Payments administration 

Together, you will build a finance organization that can support the company's ambitious growth plans while maintaining high standards of quality, control, and efficiency.
