The Head of Change Management – Finance Transformation will serve as the senior leader responsible for defining, governing, and executing the end-to-end change management strategy across all Finance entities. The role ensures that global operating model changes, system modernizations, and process transformations are adopted consistently, responsibly, and sustainably across the enterprise.
This position requires exceptional leadership presence, strategic acumen, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments within a global corporate setting.
