About the business area you would be a part of as LT member

We operate in a dynamic business area combining some niche software products (50%) and consulting services (50%) across Laboratory Products, Surgery Planning, Coordinated Care Planning, and more. Our ambition is to strengthen collaboration between products and consulting — ensuring customers benefit not only from our solutions, but also from expert services that enhance them. Today, we already see consulting assignments grow out of product agreements, and we believe there is strong potential to develop this further.

About Consulting services at Tietoevry Care

Our consulting business generates around €15M annually, with Sweden accounting for ~80% of revenue and Finland as a key market. In Sweden, our service areas include Application Management, Data Management, Implementation Services, and Next Gen Services. In Finland, we support HUS with a broad range of assignments. In total, we have around 120 consultants active in customer engagements. This role has responsibility for both Sweden and Finland. Since the markets differ significantly, the Finnish organization operates with a high degree of independence today.

About the role

This role has full business responsibility for consulting — including P&L ownership, vision, strategy, and target achievement. You will lead a leadership team and act as a matrix leader for around 120 employees across development, customer support, and project management functions. The role also includes one direct report.

Your focus is on ensuring we build services that are needed, competitive, and attractive in the market. Success will come from both strategic business development and practical collaboration with internal product teams and external stakeholders. You will be expected to drive growth, improve cross-function synergies, and make sure our consulting offering continues to deliver measurable value to customers.

Responsibility

• P&L responsibility for Tietoevry Care Consulting, set and deliver on operative plan for 2026
• Vision and strategy for Consulting (Sweden and Finland)
• Member of one of our four business units in Tietoevry Care
• Package services areas and offerings towards the market
• Prioritize what services we should focus on
• Prioritize what customers to focus on
• Ensure the right competence is recruited and the right competence is developed
• Actively participate in tenders and meeting customers
• Tight collaboration with sales

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience from the Consulting sector towards public sector
• Leading role in some form, preferable within business development
• Strong ability of collaborating in a matrix organization
• Business/financial acumen
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and oral

It would be beneficial if you also have:

• Experience from the Healthcare sector
• Fluency in Finnish, both written and oral
