Job Description - Head of Customer and Solution Security
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire, influence, and lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic security initiatives across the organization. Integrity and Innovation: High integrity and reliability combined with a forward-thinking approach to security and privacy challenges, fostering innovation and adaptability. Strategic Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the telecom industry, with a proven track record in product security, privacy, and cybersecurity. Technical Proficiency: Advanced understanding of telecom solution security, including Service-Based Architecture, Core and RAN interfaces, distributed cloud solutions, and XaaS models. Thought Leadership: Strong documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts and strategies to diverse audiences. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset. Educational Background: Master of Science degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, including leadership roles. Visionary Approach: Ability to drive the implementation of security and privacy by design principles and establish governance structures to achieve strategic objectives.
