A proven track record from relevant leadership position with experience from leading others through change is a must. Degree of Master in Business Administrations, or equivalent Storytelling with tax data, presenting tax positions clearly to executives, auditors and regulators. Proven experience in leadership roles, adept at guiding senior professionals such as Tax Counsels to collaboratively to improve Group results. Outstanding negotiation and influencing abilities, paired with excellent communication skills for engaging with staff, colleagues, and company executives. Proven change leader with an action-oriented mindset, persistence, and dedication to success.
