Creates clarity (decision making, delegation, strategic leadership, impact & influence, active listening, emotional intelligence)​. Develops people (constructive feedback, coaching, empathetic, employee motivation)​. Deliver results (accountability, performance review, leading & developing high performing teams, adaptability, resilience & perseverance, team motivation)​. A bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or Social Sciences or a related discipline. Senior experience in Human Resources leadership, with reasonable large leadership responsibility, preferably in diverse businesses and cultural/geographic settings.
