Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leadership and innovation. Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced and agile environment. Strong customer focus and a well-honed sense of empathy for regional and cultural considerations towards building a globally distributed team. Strong background in developing complex software for Cloud and on-prem solutions. Understanding of 5G NR and LTE RAN technologies, architectures, and protocols is a plus.
