Job Description - Head of Site IT Services

The Head of Site IT Services is a senior IT leadership role responsible for overseeing IT operations across six manufacturing sites within PolyPeptideâs global CDMO network. This role manages a distributed team of 14 IT professionals, whereof two managers, ensuring the delivery of secure, compliant, and efficient IT services that support pharmaceutical development and manufacturing operations.

This position requires people leadership, experience with IT in manufacturing and regulated environments, and the ability to coordinate and standardize services and processes across a diverse, international setting. The role is a key enabler of IT transformation, shifting local IT teams from traditional support roles into more business-embedded, proactive functions.
