What you’ll be doing

• Own and optimize our HRIS platforms (HiBOB, Eletive, Sana Labs, StaffBase, Egencia): configure workflows, permissions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy and system reliability, while providing responsive user support and troubleshooting in partnership with vendors.
• Create and maintain actionable HR dashboards and analytics for leadership and HRBPs to drive smarter decisions.
• Lead data audits and ensure full GDPR compliance, acting as a gatekeeper of people data integrity.
• Manage the HR inbox and daily employee queries, ensuring smooth and timely communication.
• Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, offboarding, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate, digital employee records and HR administration processes.
• Act as a trusted operational partner to HRBPs and Talent Acquisition, supporting engagement, performance cycles, compensation reviews, and other people initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and bring a solution-oriented, service-driven mindset to every interaction.

• 3–5 years of HR experience in generalist or HR operations roles, ideally in fast-paced, international, or FMCG-style environments.
• Proven hands-on experience with HRIS platforms: HiBOB is a big plus; Eletive and Sana Labs are also a bonus.
• Strong analytical thinking with a knack for interpreting and visualizing HR data to support strategic decisions.
• Highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and influence across teams.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a high-growth, agile setting.
