Your purpose & impact:

We’re looking for an HR Manager to join Estrid at an exciting moment of transformation. The People function is evolving from startup hustle into a smarter, more scalable and business-aligned team – and you’ll be central to that journey.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with the CEO and the People Operations Lead, shaping Estrid’s people strategy while also handling daily HR matters. You’ll ensure our people practices are solid, compliant, and supportive of a high-growth, high-care culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being a trusted partner to managers across the business

• Leading both everyday and complex employee relations matters

• Driving compliance and legal topics within HR

• Leading HR initiatives including performance management, comp & ben, org design

• Coaching and supporting team member

• Strengthening data and system use (HRIS: HiBob)

• Own budget for HR, IT and Office - manage external vendors and coordinate with Finance

• Driving DEI, engagement, wellbeing and internal communication efforts

Who you are
You love working with people and building structures at the same time. You’re motivated by driving real impact, improving processes and helping organisations grow with care and clarity. You enjoy being both strategic and hands-on – and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving context.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Experience from a HRBP or HR Manager role in an international and/or fast-changing environment

• Strong commercial thinking and a pragmatic, can-do approach

• Confidence in advising managers and leaders

• Knowledge of Swedish labour law and HR compliance

• A degree in HR or similar field

• Fluency in English, written and spoken

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience from a scale-up, startup, or founder-led business

• Knowledge of UK labour law and HR compliance
