We are hiring: HR Partner – Employee Journey in Malmo (Sweden)
We are looking for an HR Partner to temporary replace a colleague during her parental leave period of 12 months. We are looking for someone to take the responsibility for our entire employee journey, acting as process owner of the recruitment, onboarding and voluntary leaving in order to support a positive employee experience at Mercedes-Benz.

Mercedes-Benz Sverige AB and Mercedes-Benz Denmark A/S are the general distributors for cars, vans and after sales products. Working as a cluster we support our authorized agents, retailers and workshops with the marketing and sales and the development on both markets. We have office locations in Malmö and Copenhagen, whereof this position is based in Malmö, Dockan but you will frequently travel to, and work from, the Danish office in Copenhagen.
In this position you would report to the local Head of HR and be part of the Swedish/Danish HR team consisting of one Head of HR, one Senior HR Business Partner and two HR Partners.
HR at Mercedes-Benz is transforming and we are currently part of a global project to change our entire system landscape. In addition to our regular HR processes, we play a big role in the implementation of this new set up.

About you
For this position, you are required to have a HR university degree or equivalent and 2 years of experience working as a recruitment specialist, HR Partner, HR specialist or similar. You have experience in the field of Swedish and/or Danish labor law.
You are fluent in English and Swedish or Danish. You share knowledge, experiences and information with others and support others to achieve team's goals.
