Since May 2017.

3. Can you describe what you do day-to-day?
In charge of the PnL for the Swedish market and Humly's Quality team, Striving toward delivering business value both internally and externally by ensuring that our services satisfy the educator’s and client’s business & quality requirements. Also responsible for Humly to comply with any regulations applicable to our services and constantly work with our teams and processes with continuous improvements to reach operational excellence.

4. What’s the most challenging part of your job, and how do you usually challenge it?
Juggle a lot of different perspectives and tasks, long term strategy, short term projects and daily operational things to solve. It is challenging but also fun!

5. From your experiences as a COO at Humly, what do you believe are some of the most essential skills or attributes needed to thrive in this role?
You need to love operational challenges and have the ability to realise ideas and build profitable processes, motivated teams and have focus and steer towards the long term strategy and at the same time be quick on your feet to change path in alignment with the market.

6. What’s one professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Being part of building Humly and the operational model and by that help and support the Education sector with skilled and professional educators.

7. What do you do outside of work to unwind?
Walk in the forest, play, train and attend competitions in agility, nosework and obedience with my two frenchies.

8. Where is your favourite travel destination?
Rome

Hate being on a plane but used to skydive every summer for several years.
