ICT Operation Manager

Serve as the local site contact for Lab Operations users/stakeholders Ensure quality deliveries based on user priorities Coordinate user needs with SAN LSO STO facility infrastructure teams Drive user satisfaction and handle delivery flow issues Identify risks and communicate impediments Recommend process and service improvements Reject non-lab operations-related requests Challenge unnecessary investment costs Support BRM and Line Managers with site-level forecasts Join operative meetings with users and internal Lab Operations Conduct and share Root Cause Analyses (RCA) Lead and monitor delivery-related task forces Adaptability & resilience under pressure Analytical mindset Gatekeeping approved routines Consultative and structured approach Strategic thinking and decision-making Leadership and people management Persuasion and influence Planning and organization Customer-focused delivery High expertise in HW installation, RF, and UE Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities Solid experience in people leadership Background in global delivery with multiple stakeholders Willingness to learn and grow, both practically and theoretically Familiarity with lean and agile practices in large organizations Structured working style and commitment to quality Commercial thinking and entrepreneurial mindset Effective presentation and interpersonal skills The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
