At CatalystOne, our HCM platform helps global companies (500–5000 employees) simplify and strengthen their HR operations. As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping customers implement our software and adopt new digital ways of working; all while creating exceptional experiences they’ll remember long after go-live.
Lead multiple implementation projects (typically 4–6 at a time), each from kick-off to go-live, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget
Drive structured project execution by facilitating workshops, defining requirements, planning milestones and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor to your customers; not just configuring systems, but challenging assumptions and guiding them toward smarter, more scalable HR processes
Facilitate digital change by making complex systems feel simple, practical and human, using your ability to “speak HR and IT” fluently
Build strong relationships that create trust, inspire confidence and lead to long-term partnerships
Collaborate across teams, sharing insights, flagging product feedback, and continuously improving our implementation methods and materials
Proven experience working as a Consultant, ideally in the implementation of HR systems, HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, ERP, or other business-critical applications
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage several projects at once and experience with frameworks such as Prince2 or similar
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a natural ability to guide workshops, lead meetings, and bring energy to customer interactions
A structured, analytical mindset with a high level of accountability, but also someone who brings warmth and curiosity to your work
Full professional fluency in Swedish and English (required for working with our customers). Both languages are a strict requirement.
