MANTLE is now seeking an experienced and strategic Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and make us become one of the leading brands in the world within Influencer Marketing. As the Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global influencer marketing strategy, driving negotiations and bookings, and ensuring that we achieve our marketing goals. This role requires creative and innovative flair, with a deep understanding of both numbers and content/community engagement - as well as knowing affiliate marketing, Instagram and Tiktok by heart. Ideally, you have a growth mindset and startup grit, and always strive to create maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate influencer activities across markets according to MANTLE guidelines.


• Continuously strive to create maximum impact of the influencer marketing budget.


• Planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns, including gifting and affiliate.


• Collaborate with the team to identify, recruit, negotiate and maintain relationships with influencers across various platforms.


• Follow up and evaluate performance with a data-driven approach to reach our targets.


• Continuously strive to find new and creative ways to increase our marketing presence in relevant channels.


• Be an effective self-starter and ensure all campaigns are successful, metrics-driven and goal-oriented.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and platforms within influencer marketing, such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, affiliate marketing and emerging social media channels.


• Continuously monitor industry developments and integrate new trends and technologies into our influencer marketing strategy.


• Identify opportunities to leverage new features, tools, and algorithms to maximize the impact of our campaigns.


• Other tasks related to influencer marketing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in influencer marketing, with a track record of successful international campaigns.


• Proven experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns across multiple regions. Your ability to navigate and leverage international markets will be crucial for scaling our brand's presence and impact globally.


• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.


• Creative mindset with an understanding of content creation and community engagement.


• Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and platforms.


• Experience in successful affiliate marketing is highly meriting.


• Fluency in Swedish and English is required. Proficiency in German is considered a plus.
