About the Role:

As Innovation & Evaluation Lead, you’ll lead the evolution of our existing solutions and scout for new opportunities that align with market trends and client needs. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and our Solutions Lab to evaluate, benchmark, and shape the next generation of offerings.

You’ll also manage one direct report—a hands-on and experienced Solution & Evaluation Expert—and play a key role in maintaining and evolving our Malmö Experience Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Innovation & Development

• Lead the continued development of existing solutions and identify new opportunities. 70%-30% split


• Monitor market trends and evaluate new technologies for potential integration.


• Build business cases for new offerings and manage the innovation & transformation backlog.

Evaluation & Benchmarking

• Plan and execute evaluation projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and partners.


• Manage and responsible for innovation backlog/funnel


• Define evaluation protocols, identify key functionalities, and score performance.


• Document results and produce comprehensive reports and business cases.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with Solutions division and country organizations.


• Collaborate with solution owners to develop vertical and functional package offerings.


• Share and spread knowledge across the organization.

Experience Center equipment maintenance

• Maintain equipment in Malmö Experience Center.


• Proactively suggest and configure new scenarios for demonstration and evaluation.

Team Leadership & Budget Ownership

• Manage 1 direct report: a Solution & Evaluation Expert based in Malmö,


• Responsible for the innovation & transformation budget

KPIs based on:

• Sales growth of Standardized Solutions


• Securitas Europe solution sale and growth


• New solution developments & innovation

Success would be:

• Proactively drive development of existing and new solutions


• Growth in standardized solution sales across Europe.


• High adoption and onboarding rates in country teams.


• A steady pipeline of new, relevant solutions and services.


• Strong internal engagement and knowledge sharing.

Key Competencies and Experience:

• +3 years at Securitas with deep knowledge of our protective services and solutions.


• Strong background in solution design, development, or commercial architecture.


• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
