Interim Head of Construction (paternity cover)

• Start date: November 24
• End Date: August 25 (at earliest)

Responsibilities:

• Coaching, supporting, developing and empowering project managers and site managers to ensure full ownership of the project delivery.
• Responsible for managing the team of project managers and site managers who are constructing renewable energy sites.
• Drive the daily operations of our ongoing construction activities to make sure our projects are ready in time, on budget, ensuring to meet quality standards and respect safety guidelines.
• Manage all external stakeholders - customers, subcontractors, etc.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience in managing construction projects in Sweden, preferably energy generation assets.
• Proven track record in managing teams of >20 people
• Bachelor in engineering or equivalent through experience
• Have a growth mindset.
