Interim - Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator

Haeger & Carlsson is looking for an experienced a Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator to our client´s manufacturing facility in Umeå. This assignment offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, GMP-regulated environment where efficiency, compliance, and innovation drive the company’s success.

In this assignment you will play an important role to develop and potentially procure and implement a logistics system to optimize supply chain and inventory management, ensuring the seamless flow of raw materials and finished products. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance, and external suppliers to optimize supply chain performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

• At least 5 years in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain roles, within a regulated environment (GMP/ISO-standard).

• Proficiency in logistics systems (ERP/MPS) and data analysis tools for supply chain optimization.

• Understanding of GMP, GDP, and quality assurance protocols is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• A flexible and adaptable approach to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Leadership capabilities with the ability to drive change and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proficiency in English. Swedish language skills, both written and spoken, are requested.
