What you’ll be doing
Drive brand performance and demand creation across key International Trade Business markets
Translate global brand strategies into impactful local activation with distributors
Develop brand assets and marketing plans for both global and locally managed brands
Partner closely with Sales Managers to execute regional brand activation plans
Support and challenge distribution partners to elevate marketing execution, including digital
Monitor brand performance, campaign results, and market opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Supply Chain, Scientific Affairs, and Finance
Contribute to pricing strategy and brand positioning aligned with commercial priorities
Provide market insights and partner feedback to strengthen decision-making
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3–6 years’ experience in brand management, commercial marketing, or international business (FMCG or fast-moving consumer environments preferred)
Strong commercial mindset with solid brand fundamentals
Experience working with distributors or external partners is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent English, written and spoken
Self-driven, structured, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, international setting
