Investor Relations & ESG Manager

We are now seeking an Investor Relations & ESG manager reporting to the Head of Investor Relations & ESG. The role involves executing the investor relations strategy, communicating the company’s financial performance, and ESG initiatives to investors, sell-side analysts, and the broader financial community.

YOUR MISSION

• Serve as a point of contact for sell-side analysts, institutional investors, and shareholders




• Prepare and present financial, strategic and ESG updates at investor events, including earning calls and conferences




• Monitor and analyze industry trends, ESG-trends, peer performance, and investor perceptions to provide strategic insights to the leadership team




• Develop and manage investor materials such as press releases, presentations, annual, and ESG reports.




• Drive ESG integration into corporate strategy and ensure alignment with investor expectations and best practices.




• Ensure compliance with investor relations and ESG disclosure regulations.




• Lead and support the day-to-day ESG work for the group




• Maintain and update the investor relations section of the company website with current financial and ESG information
  
  

YOUR BACKSTORY

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus




• 2-5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or capital markets and/or sustainability




• Understanding financial statements, equity markets, investor relations and corporate sustainability best practices




• Knowledge of ESG and CSRD framework, as well as experience in developing and communicating ESG strategies and reports




• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
