IT Engineer (consultant position)

Responsibilities:
1. Act as the TE and network maintenance owner of IT delivery projects, provide technical support for delivery and maintenance, handle regional network technical problems, implement network changes, and pre-warning rectification, ensure network security, and support the achievement of business and customer satisfaction goals.

2. Provide technical support for IT project delivery and maintenance services, such as customer consultation, general technical problem handling, and on-site cooperation when faults occur. Ensure successful project delivery and stable network operation, and support the achievement of business goals and customer satisfaction goals.

3. Develop the change solution, execute the change operation tasks according to the process and change operation regulations, strictly implement the "three approvals" requirements, and ensure that the change implementation quality meets the requirements.

4. Perform network inspection according to the network inspection process, evaluate the network running status and performance. Perform pre-warning and rectification to eliminate potential risks and improve network security.

5. Guide partners to install and commission products. Provide training for partner. Handle technical consultation and query from customers.

6. Organize the regular service report to key customer.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Understand the basic knowledge of IT product software and hardware, and master the skills of replacing hardware, commissioning software, and version upgrade and patching.

• Effective communication and teamwork, technical problem solving, and technical solution design.

• Practical experience in IT projects and Huawei storage product is preferred.

• Good business understanding, strong execution, and interpersonal connection and communication skills.

Academic Degree:

• Bachelor degree or higher
