IT Tools Vendor & Contract Lifecycle Manager

Deliver regular reporting to IT4IT leadership on contract status, risks, and opportunities. - Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in IT vendor management, software procurement, or IT sourcing. - Strong negotiation skills and experience managing multi-million-dollar vendor contracts. - Familiarity with IT4IT tooling landscape and industry movement in this area. - Working knowledge of contract terms, legal risk, and software licensing models (e.g., SaaS, perpetual, subscription). - Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with IT4IT or managing tooling within large-scale IT organizations. - Knowledge of Asset management tools (e.g., Flexera, Snow Software, etc.).
